LLR INTRODUCING OUR INTAKE COORDINATOR

Birgit Fisher is the parent of two neurodiverse young adults and brings 15 years’ experience of working in the field of advocacy. She went to school in Germany and is fluent in both German and English. Birgit has worked as an educational advocate as well as a court appointed educational surrogate for Disability Rights Texas and is familiar with all aspects of the IEP and ARD process. When she is not advocating for the inclusion and equal rights of individuals with disabilities, Birgit can be found knitting or walking her dog, Cooter.
